A:Hub - Informationsdesign launches Fuel Services as SaaS
A:Hub - One of the key components of the new Fuel Services SaaS is the mapping of the e-ticketing workflow of the participants of the e-ticketing process: order - delivery - receipt.
The Fuel Services allow participants a continuous monitoring of fuel supplies and of milestones of the fueling operation. The technology of the A:Hub assures the high availability of the system and provides the standardized interfaces. Fuel Services offers an automated communication to process participants (cockpit, fuel service, purchasing, …). The communication is reliable and fast, connection problems or network failures are counteracted by Fuel Services with automated error handling.
The Fuel Services are the basis for reporting and documentation of the fueling process and can be easily extended to a full-controlling tool.
As part of FDDC (Fuel Data Distribution Center) Fuel Services are already successfully in operation at Deutsche Lufthansa since 2006.
