Analysis Tool for Baggage Irregularities

Informationsdesign is commissioned by Air Canada to develop an analysis tool for baggage irregularities.
Based on the Lost&Found messages via WorldTracer of SITA combined with the Operations data of Air Canada a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) will be generated after daily closing. E.g. Left Behinds or Misrouted Baggage indexed on flight incidents, quantity of passengers, stations, reason for loss codes among others.
