Aviation Hub: SMAN A-SMGCS also used in Kuala Lumpur

The SMAN A.SMGCS system developed by our partner ATRiCS Advanced Traffic Solutions (www.atrics.de) in collaboration with Informationsdesign has successfully commenced test operation at a second international airport, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Other system installations are being prepared.

SMAN A-SMGCS is the head of the A-SMGCS process and the bridge to the airport’s CDM organization. The system constructs a complete and up-to-the-minute image of the taxiing operations at the airport by merging data, assists the controller in making his decisions and actively helps to prevent accidents and improve taxiing operations.
