Aviation Quality & Safety Management: Audit module

Deutsche Lufthansa has put the Quality & Safety Management Suite’s audit module (A:QSM) into test operation. It encompasses the entire lifecycle from audit planning via preparation and performance through to tracking.

During the planning stage, the system depicts standards (for example JAR-OPS / EU-OPS) and the current status of the audit. The preparation stage provides for the possibility of linking to audits from previous years and the use of questionnaires. Various types of questions (yes/no, VDA) can be used during performance. Tracking is effected by means of the charting components, which depict the clearance of findings. The findings can also be forwarded to the report module for processing.

The module is structured as a web application focusing on decentralized access and the associated workflow logic and access control.
