From this month on, Hub Baggage Reporting will be integrated into Lufthansa’s BIT (baggage information tool).
Hub Baggage Reporting integrates a large number of sources from both Lufthansa and FRAPORT. With its characteristic intuitive operation, Hub Baggage Reporting is a quick and convenient opportunity for both parties to check up on baggage handling.
KPI agreed between Lufthansa and FRAPORT ensure that potential for improvement is recognized during the baggage handling process and that appropriate measures are initiated.
