Aviation Warehouse: Implementation of a Flightlog Fuel module

With Flightlog Fuel, fuel data relating to legs and engine run-ups can be recorded without a break. The necessary fuel data is provided by the Datalink and FDDC (Fuel Data Distribution Center) sources and collected in OBELISK, Deutsche Lufthansa’s data warehouse.

During aircraft refueling, regardless of whether the aircraft is being refueled for a leg or due to a hangar event, the vast majority of fuel messages are sent automatically. In order to facilitate reporting for refueling procedures which cannot be fully automated for technical reasons, the automated messages can be supplemented by manual input.
