In close cooperation with Lufthansa, Informationsdesign is implementing an extensive reporting system based on OBELISK, Deutsche Lufthansa’s operations warehouse, at Deutsche Lufthansa’s hub in Frankfurt incorporating parameters relating to punctuality, stability and connectivity.
This detailed, multidimensional reporting system is supported by real-time tickers indicating for example inadequate connection times pending according to a journey time matrix.
