Aviation Warehouse: Quality management module
During the first stage, the cleaning category for the outbound leg is determined in the Aviation Warehouse by means of the master data and rotation information. The quality monitoring module then sets the correct assessment form for each leg via the briefing function. The returns are validated and assessed using a weighted score. These assessments are then depicted in real time in the stations overview. The graphic monthly report and station hit list functions facilitate more in-depth analyses.
Moreover, the aggregated KPI (key performance indicators) are transferred to the SLA Management module, in which the contractual agreements then are stored down to the bonus-malus regulation.
