Informationsdesign receives the order from Deutsche Lufthansa and Fraport to implement a bilateral reporting for baggage irregularities and processes.
This informativ product alleviates and enhances the collaboration between airline and airport, to jointly identify and solve problems. Focused on the topic baggage, a bilateral standard of evaluation is established on the basis of KPI's regarding different airside and landside processes.
As developer of OBELISK, the Data Warheouse or operations, quality and airports at Deutsche Lufthansa, Informationsdesign has been commissioned to implement this baggage hub reporting based on the self-developed Baggage Information Tool (BIT).
