Online Reporting for the Hub Control Center of Deutsche Lufthansa

Deutsche Lufthansa charges Informationsdesign to implement a comprehensive reporting and near-time monitoring for the Hub Control Center (HCC), the so called HCC Reporter.
Informationsdesign is the developer of OBELISK, the Data Warehouse for operations, maintenance and airports at Deutsche Lufthansa. With HCC Reporter, Hub related aspects will be added as new Key Performance Indicators (KPI): turnaround management, turnaround performance, connex management, connectivity, utilization of the resources, actions among others.
Thereby; HCC Reporter not only offers daily, weekly and monthly reports ex post, but also a live ticker showing updated KPIs every five minutes on mutliple HCC monitors.
