Contribution to the Research Project Competetive Airport

In the context of the research project "Wettbewerbsfähiger Flughafen (WFF)", which means: competitive airport, Informationsdesign develops different components for the turnaround management as well as for the data exchange between Deutsche Lufthansa and the German Aerospace Center.
The purpose of the WFF is to achieve sustainable process improvements for the air traffic in Germany, to establish a continuous and consistent planning process, especially for the air-side processes at German airports.
As developer of the turnaround manager (TMAN, ALLEGRO) Informationsdesign assists Deutsche Lufthansa regarding the implementation of different components of the joint project WFF. The Airport Hamburg is provided with a turnaround manager, which interacts with other components of CDM and the intended control center client of Deutsche Lufthansa.
On behalf of Deutsche Lufthansa, Informationsdesign furthermore takes charge of the interconnection of the Airport Operation and Control Center (APOC) of the Germain Aerospace Center and the applications OCC, HCC and the control center client of Deutsche Lufthansa.
The products in use from Informationsdesin are TMAN and A:Hub.
